System Sensor D4120 4-Wire Photoelectric Low-Flow Duct Smoke Detector

The System Sensor D4120 is a 4-wire photoelectric duct smoke detector designed for HVAC systems to detect smoke in air ducts. It features integrated low-flow technology, allowing it to operate effectively in airflow speeds ranging from 100 to 4,000 feet per minute. The detector is housed in a versatile, pivoting housing that fits both square and rectangular footprints, making it suitable for various duct configurations.

Equipped with a plug-in sensor head, the D4120 offers superb false alarm immunity and simplifies installation, testing, and maintenance. The improved cover design isolates the sensor head from the low-flow feature, facilitating easy maintenance. The detector also includes a ¾-inch conduit knockout, providing increased wiring space.

Additional features include a Test/Reset button, improved LED status indicators, a patented interconnect feature for multi-fan shutdown, and built-in short circuit protection to prevent wiring errors. The D4120 is compatible with 24 VAC/DC or 120 VAC power sources and is backward compatible with existing Innovair products, including remote accessories.
