The Rheem RACDZT120A delivers powerful and efficient cooling in a single, rugged rooftop unit. Engineered for commercial spaces, this 10-ton packaged air conditioner features a two-stage scroll compressor for enhanced performance and energy savings. The unit’s convertible airflow design supports both vertical downflow and horizontal side discharge for flexible installation.
Its MicroChannel evaporator and condenser coils provide superior heat transfer and reduced refrigerant volume, while the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) belt-drive blower ensures optimized airflow control and quiet operation.
Service and maintenance are simplified with Rheem’s PlusOne® features, including a Qwik-Change filter rack, Qwik-Slide blower assembly, and dual 7-segment LED diagnostics. With built-in protections and a durable cabinet rated for up to 125°F ambient conditions, this unit is built to last.
