The NIBCO R00219RPC is a dedicated 1/2″ OD mini pressing jaw engineered for the NIBCO PressACR® copper press system. Built to work with the PCR-12M / PCR-20M mini press tools, it allows technicians to make fast, consistent press connections on 1/2″ OD ACR copper lines without brazing—ideal for HVAC/R installs and service work where speed, repeatability, and reduced jobsite risk matter.
This jaw installs into the press tool and must close completely during the press cycle to help ensure a leak-free connection. Used as part of the PressACR system, it supports reliable press results when paired with the correct PressACR fittings and proper installation procedure.
Because it’s a mini jaw, it’s also a strong choice for tight mechanical spaces and retrofit situations where larger press jaws may not fit comfortably.
